LYRA COMERCIO DE CALCADOS LTDA, trade name AILLA SHOES, registered under CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) 52.998.064/0005-50 (branch), a limited liability company classified as a micro enterprise (ME), opened on October 31, 2024, with its establishment at Av. Afonso Vaz de Melo, 640, Barreiro, Belo Horizonte, MG, CEP 30640-070, Brazil. Main economic activity: retail sale of footwear (CNAE 47.82-2-01). No secondary activities are registered.

For the purposes of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD), the company is the controller of the personal data described in this policy, whether received at the retail point or through this website.

Data we collect

• At the counter and in sales: name, CPF (individual tax number) when requested for the invoice, phone and e-mail given for contact about exchanges or size orders.
• Through the form on this site: name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, shoe size, subject and the text of the message.
• While browsing: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referral source, logged automatically by the hosting infrastructure.
• In communication: the content of messages exchanged by e-mail or messaging apps.

The form on this page stores nothing on a server: it opens the visitor's own e-mail program with the text filled in, and the message is sent from that e-mail account. We do not request payment details through the website.

Purposes

• Answering questions about models, sizes and availability;
• Recording sales and issuing the invoice required by law;
• Arranging exchanges, adjustments and size orders agreed with the customer;
• Reviewing wholesale and resale proposals and job applications;
• Meeting tax, accounting and consumer protection obligations;
• Keeping this website secure and running.

Sharing

• Accounting and invoicing: the accounting firm and electronic invoice systems, limited to the data required by law;
• Hosting and e-mail: providers that keep this website and the contact mailbox running, under confidentiality obligations;
• Payment processing: card acquirers and financial institutions, at the retail point, to the extent needed to complete a purchase;
• Authorities: public bodies, when required by law, regulation or court order.

None of these third parties is authorized to use the data for its own purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, profiling or behavioral analytics cookies. The content delivery infrastructure may employ cookies strictly necessary for security and availability. Retention

• Contact data: for as long as the request is being handled and for a reasonable follow-up period;
• Sales and invoice data: for the periods required by Brazilian tax and accounting law, generally 5 years;
• Data related to exchanges and warranties: for the period set by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code;

Once these periods end, data are securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Security

• Every page of this website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS);
• Access to the contact mailbox and to sales systems is restricted to authorized people, each with an individual password;
• Paper records containing customer data are kept inside the establishment, out of public reach;
• Protection practices are reviewed periodically.

Should a security incident occur that may cause relevant risk or harm to data subjects, the company will notify the ANPD and the affected people within the legal deadlines.

International transfers and external links

The hosting and e-mail providers we use may keep servers outside Brazil. When that happens, the transfer relies on the grounds set out in the LGPD, such as countries with an adequate level of protection or contractual clauses ensuring the same level of protection. This website may contain links to third-party pages; this policy does not cover those pages, which have their own rules.
